Mekong Delta Full Day Tour

I joined this after spending a few busy days in Ho Chi Minh City, so I wanted something slower. The countryside views on the way there were already a nice change. The river part was my favorite, just sitting back and watching local life along the water. The fruit stop, honey tea, and coconut canals were simple but enjoyable. It felt less like a busy tour and more like a relaxing day away from the city.

A well-organized full-day trip with a comfortable schedule. The pickup was smooth and the guide gave enough information without talking too much. I liked that the tour wasn’t only about sightseeing but also about seeing how people actually live around the river.

The main boat ride was relaxing, especially when passing small houses, fishing boats, and local activities along the water. The sampan section felt completely different, much quieter and more personal. The coconut workshop was a nice extra stop, and lunch by the river was a good break before heading back.

We chose this for a slower day during our Vietnam trip, and it ended up being a lovely surprise. At first, we worried it might feel too touristy, but the atmosphere was much more relaxed than expected.
