The Mua Cave (Dragon Peak) ascent involves approximately 500 stone steps and takes around 20–30 minutes at a comfortable, relaxed pace. The steps are well-maintained with handrail sections at the steeper points. Children aged 6 and above typically handle it with enthusiasm, and most adults of average fitness find it very manageable. For guests who prefer not to climb — whether elderly travellers, those with mobility considerations, or simply those who have had enough exercise for the day — the lotus gardens and valley views at the base are genuinely beautiful in their own right. Wear light, breathable clothing suitable for both a temple visit and outdoor walking. Covered shoulders and knees are respectfully required at Bai Dinh Pagoda — loose linen trousers and a light top are ideal.
