Absolutely. This tour is rated Easy and is designed to be enjoyed by all ages and fitness levels. The cycling section is leisurely and flat (approximately 3–4 km through village paths), and the boat ride at Trang An requires no physical effort at all. Children love the cave tunnels and boat trip! Families with young kids are very welcome.
Hotel pick-up begins between 07:25 and 08:00 depending on your hotel's location within Hanoi. We collect guests from hotels in the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem, and Opera House areas. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing — long trousers and covered shoulders are recommended for temple visits at Hoa Lu (out of respect). Bring sunscreen, insect repellent, and a hat. Comfortable walking/cycling shoes are ideal. The tour provides raincoats and conical hats if needed. A small day bag, camera, and a good mood are all you really need!
