Huge thanks to Robert from Halong Bay Cruises for sorting everything out. He replied super fast, explained the diff between the 1-day and 2-day tours, and never tried to upsell me. Really appreciated that. The tour itself was smooth, well organized and exactly as described.
This trip was wayyy better than I expected. Loved the boat ride, the fruit tasting, the local music... everything felt really authentic. Taking a bike through villages around Can Tho was probs my fav part tbh. Hotel wasnt luxury or anything but clean and comfy enough. Would 100% recommend if u wanna see the real Mekong instead of rushing through it.
For the price, this Mekong 2 Days 1 Night tour offered a lot more than I expected. We had boat trips, a sampan ride, fruit tasting, a cooking class, cycling, floating markets, and cultural visits all packed into two days without ever feeling rushed. Cai Rang Floating Market alone was worth the early wake-up call. I'd happily recommend this tour to anyone visiting Southern Vietnam.
Before this trip, I had only explored Ho Chi Minh City and the Cu Chi Tunnels. The Mekong Delta felt like a completely different world. Everything moved at a slower pace, the waterways were beautiful, and the floating markets were unlike anything I've seen before. The guide shared lots of interesting stories about local life and traditions. This was easily one of my favorite experiences in Vietnam.
I only had a few extra days in Vietnam and didn't want to spend all my time in the city. This mekong tour was exactly what I was looking for. The boat trip through Cai Be was peaceful, the floating market was fascinating, and the sampan ride through the coconut canals felt like something straight out of a travel documentary. The cooking class was surprisingly fun too. Huge thanks to Robert from Halong Bay Cruises for recommending this itinerary and helping me choose between several Mekong tours.

United StatesCan we talk about the FOOD for a sec?? Every meal during Mekong Delta tour was fresh and there was sooo much of it. The local lunch at the garden house was probs my favorite. Also gotta give props to our guide who kept the whole group entertained. Never felt boring for a second.
