Three days. Six iconic experiences. The complete Sapa.
This is the most comprehensive Sapa tour available from Hanoi — the one that answers 'I want to see everything' without spreading it across multiple trips. Day 1 grounds you in Cat Cat village with H'mong culture and a beautiful valley walk.
Day 2 takes you to extremes: the summit of Fansipan (3,143m — the Roof of Indochina) by cable car in the morning, then the Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge (768m of transparent glass, 1,000m above the O Quy Ho Pass valley) in the afternoon, with the Lonely Tree and Silver Waterfall along the way.
Day 3 closes with Moana View — seven photogenic spots, including the Infinity Lake and the best café view of Fansipan in Sapa.
Two comfortable hotel nights in the same Sapa Town hotel — no repacking mid-tour. All meals, entrance tickets for Cat Cat, Moana View, and Silver Waterfall are included. Note: two additional tickets must be purchased on Day 2 — the Fansipan cable car (~$34 USD) and the Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge + Lonely Tree ($25 USD).
06:00–06:40: Welcome at Hanoi bus station. Board the sleeper bus and depart north toward Lao Cai.
07:30–11:45: Travel along the Noi Bai–Lao Cai Expressway with one comfort break.
11:45–13:00: The bus climbs the mountain road from Lao Cai to Sapa. Terraced hillsides and mountain valleys appear through the windows.
13:00–13:30: Arrive Sapa Town. Welcome drink and tour briefing. Lunch with local Vietnamese dishes. Hotel check-in.
14:30: Short drive to Cat Cat village gate. Walk down through the Black H'mong community to the waterfall and French hydroelectric station ruins, then back uphill through beautiful late-afternoon scenery. The driver picks up at the top. Trek: ~2.5 km · ~2 hours
17:00: Return to Sapa Town. Free time. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

08:00: Breakfast at the hotel. The guide and driver take you to the Sun World Fansipan Legend cable car station (10 min from the hotel). Purchase a cable car return ticket on arrival (~850,000 VND / ~$34 USD per person).
08:30–09:00: Board the cable car for the 20-minute ascent from 1,600m to 2,800m. The views across the Sapa valley, rice terraces, and Hoang Lien Son range are extraordinary.
09:00–11:00: Arrive at the upper station (2,800m). Climb ~600 steps to the true summit of Fansipan at 3,143m — the Roof of Indochina. Visit Bao Nha Pagoda, photograph the summit markers, and take in the 360° panoramic view. Allow 1.5 hours for summit exploration. The summit climb is optional — the 2,800m station views are also excellent.
11:30: Return by cable car. Transfer back to the hotel.
12:00: Lunch at a local restaurant.
13:30: Bus pickup from the hotel. Drive along the O Quy Ho Pass road — one of Vietnam's Four Great Mountain Passes — to the Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge complex. Stop at the pass summit (2,333m) for cloud panoramas and photography. At the complex: colourful staircase approach, elevator to bridge level, then 768m of transparent glass 1,000m above the mountain valley. After the bridge, walk to the Lonely Tree viewpoint. Glass Bridge + Lonely Tree ticket: $25 USD purchased at the entrance.
15:30: Stop at the Silver Waterfall (Thac Bac) on descent — a 200m cascade, included in tour tickets.
17:00: Return to Sapa Town. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel.

07:30: Breakfast at the hotel. Charge your camera. Wear your best outfit for photos — Day 3 is all about Moana View.
08:00: Short walk (700m from Sapa Church) to Moana View. Arrive early for the clearest Infinity Lake reflection and smallest crowds. Explore all seven spots at your own pace: Infinity Lake (Fansipan reflected on still water), Bali Gate, Moana Girl Statue, Golden Hand, thrilling valley swing, Lonely Tree viewpoint, and the panoramic café with direct Fansipan view. Linger at the café — it's one of the most beautiful places to sit in all of Sapa. Most guests spend 2.5–3 hours here. Entrance ticket: included in tour price.
11:30: Return to the hotel. Check out (shower facilities available after checkout).
12:00: Lunch. Free time in Sapa Town — market, handicrafts, and final coffee.
